Our eID laboratory is constantly working to evolve our services, with the objective of being able to offer our clients new solutions. VideoID boosts its range with a new feature that lets us convert an unassisted video conference into an assisted one just by selecting one parameter. This provides, in addition to the identification of a person, the extra feature of being able to have and record a conversation on-line.
This new characteristic is fundamentally intended for processes that go beyond non-contact presentations, opening up new opportunities, for example, for its possible use in processes in which a third party is involved as a witness, such as electronic notary services.
This characteristic works within all our products and services, including One Click Onboarding.
We should note that, for example, notaries in Spain have the double function of identifying people and attesting as a qualified public witness to the content that the different parties agree to.
This whole solution, added to the at-a-distance electronic signature will make it possible to expand convenience services to customers, both for individuals as well as companies. This feature is in its beta phase and the commercial version will be available by mid October.
